Solution Architect Graduate – Generative AI (2027 start)

About the role

BytePlus, the innovative technology arm of ByteDance, is looking for a graduate Solution Architect to help design generative AI solutions for business customers. This full‑time position in Dubai offers a unique chance to work on cutting‑edge AI models while learning from experienced architects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to design generative AI solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Support development and testing of generative AI models under the guidance of senior architects.
• Conduct research on the latest generative AI technologies and methodologies.
• Assist in data preparation and preprocessing for training AI models.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving AI solutions.

Required profile

• Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of machine‑learning concepts, especially generative models such as GANs or VAEs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Python programming language.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
