Solution Expert - SAP Treasury

About the role

The Solution Expert SAP Treasury leads the implementation and ongoing support of treasury systems across Al-Futtaim entities, working with AFG Treasury and Finance professionals. The role translates business requirements into functional ones, integrates with wider finance and business functions, drives technology adoption, manages incidents, supports data analytics and implements AI and automation solutions, and mentors team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design, specify and select information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
• Promote the use of technology to drive organizational change and improve business process design
• Adopt standard solutions across companies and geographies to reduce bespoke development
• Manage and resolve L2/L3 incidents and problems for SAP Treasury, including bank connectivity, and drive root-cause resolution
• Support data engineering and business stakeholders in treasury data and analytics outcomes
• Identify and drive AI and automation use cases for treasury, including business cases, testing, controls and user adoption
• Mentor junior analysts and contractors, develop team members' competencies and recommend high-potential talent
• Liaise with managers and stakeholders to prevent escalations and contribute to improving solution delivery practices

Required profile

• College or university degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery and support of SAP Treasury and Risk Management processes
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementations of SAP S/4HANA Treasury, with integration knowledge of S/4HANA Finance and Controlling
• SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) expertise and strong treasury business process knowledge (Front-, Middle- and Back-office)
• Experience with AI capabilities of SAP, RPA and treasury data analytics
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
