Solution Manager – Medication Management Solutions (META)

About the role

The Solution Manager will act as the regional technical and clinical expert for Medication Management Solutions (MMS) across the META region. Reporting to BD, the role designs, configures and implements integrated medication management systems to improve safety, efficiency and digital transformation in hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with healthcare customers to capture clinical, operational and IT requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end MMS architectures that incorporate infusion systems, medication management software, pharmacy automation, interoperability platforms and connected‑care technologies.
• Create solution diagrams, workflow specifications and implementation roadmaps ensuring scalability, cybersecurity compliance and system interoperability.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Service, IT and Customer Success teams to support pre‑sales activities, tender responses and executive briefings.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hospital executives, pharmacists, biomedical engineers and IT teams, translating requirements into compliant, value‑based solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution design and architecture for medication management or related healthcare technologies.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, pharmacy operations and digital health transformation.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with senior healthcare stakeholders and cross‑functional internal teams.
