Solution Sales Executive – Supply Chain Risk Management

About the role

Sphera is seeking a high‑performing Solution Sales Executive to drive growth of its Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) portfolio across the EMEA region. Based in Dubai, you will join a fast‑growing SaaS business and be responsible for converting pipeline opportunities into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new revenue by managing inbound leads from the Sales Development Team and building a proactive outbound prospecting cadence.
• Own sales for the assigned product line and geography, creating territory plans and targeting Global 2000 organisations.
• Execute a rigorous enterprise sales process based on MEDDPICC, ensuring accurate qualification, forecasting and deal progression.
• Use Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) to maintain clarity, alignment and accountability throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with solution, technical and partner teams to craft winning commercial proposals and close complex deals.

Required profile

• Proven track record of enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in supply‑chain or risk‑management solutions.
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to develop and manage a territory independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, accountable, and driven to exceed targets.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
• Experience using Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) in complex sales cycles.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and supply‑chain risk management concepts.
