Solutions & Analytics Analyst

About the role

As Etihad continues to transform its commercial capabilities through Journey 2030, it is looking for an experienced Revenue Management professional to join its Solutions & Innovation team. The role sits at the intersection of Revenue Management, Technology and Data, helping to improve how inventory is forecast, optimised and managed across the global network. It combines commercial expertise with technology, advanced analytics and product thinking to design smarter solutions, automate complex processes and deliver measurable commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve commercial systems, business processes and decision frameworks through automation, advanced analytics and emerging technologies.
• Support inventory-related Revenue Management systems so they evolve in line with commercial priorities.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Commercial, Digital and Technology teams to define business requirements and influence product roadmaps.
• Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, testing and production releases while keeping business disruption to a minimum.
• Monitor inventory optimisation performance, user behaviour and forecasting outcomes, and recommend improvements.
• Manage calibration of forecasting models, optimisation parameters and inventory controls to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance and usability across Revenue Management platforms.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into practical commercial recommendations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics or a related discipline (MBA advantageous).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; airline industry experience desirable.
• Hands-on experience with inventory optimisation and availability management.
• Comfortable working across commercial and technical teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects while balancing operational priorities.

Required skills

• Python, R, Tableau, Databricks or similar analytical tools.
• Revenue Management platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre or PROS (desirable).
• Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS or GCP (desirable).
• Automation, analytics or AI-enabled commercial solutions (desirable).
