Solutions Architect Integrations (MENA)

About the role

Sardine is an agentic risk platform for fighting financial crime, helping organizations stop fraud in real time, prevent AI-driven attacks and automate fraud and AML operations. As a member of its Integrations Team, you will manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions and ensure a smooth, successful deployment. The role is hands-on, working closely with clients and internal teams, and is remote-based in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
• Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during onboarding
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides and other support documents
• Analyze client requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions
• Manage implementation projects, including quality monitoring, timeline management, risk mitigation and delivery
• Build customer understanding of business problems and technical requirements, and give product feedback to internal stakeholders

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect or systems analyst, working with internal and external technical teams
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk or compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once

Required skills

• Advanced SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• API specifications such as OpenAPI
• Web development and scripting tools (bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
