Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Solutions Engineer will act as the technical bridge between Sales Representatives and pre‑sales customers in the UAE, guiding them through selection and deployment of Trend Micro Next‑Gen security solutions. You will partner with sales to build strong customer relationships, influence technical strategy, and ensure successful onboarding and product experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and prospects on Trend Micro security solutions.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with sales teams, partners, and channel organizations.
• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and presentations to all organizational levels.
• Train sales staff, partners, and customers on product features, use cases, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to stay current on new technologies.
• Design and propose solutions that address customer problems, leveraging SOC, cloud, and zero‑trust capabilities.
• Support ongoing customer health by working with technical support teams.
• Participate in webinars, workshops, and industry events as a speaker or panelist.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of presales or solutions engineering experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, and zero‑trust models.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Passion for cybersecurity and customer success.
