Solutions Engineer - UAE & MEA Territories

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer at CloudBees you will act as a trusted technical advisor for prospects and customers across the Middle East and Africa. You will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate how CloudBees Unify adds governance, visibility and trust to software delivery while leveraging the tools customers already use.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical side of the sales cycle, including discovery, demos, technical presentations and proof‑of‑value engagements.
• Map customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines and toolchains, then show how CloudBees Unify adds governance without requiring a rip‑and‑replace.
• Translate technical requirements into solutions that address audit readiness, safe AI‑generated code adoption and other business problems.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and support RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Act as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, Product and Engineering, feeding field insight back into the product roadmap.
• Stay current on DevOps and AI‑assisted development trends, the competitive landscape and CloudBees product updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering or similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong command of DevOps concepts, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives.
• Comfort with the pace and ambiguity of a fast‑moving company.
