Solutions Engineer – UAE & MEA Territories

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer at CloudBees you will act as a trusted technical advisor for prospects and customers across the Middle East and Africa. You will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate how CloudBees Unify adds governance, visibility and trust to software delivery without replacing existing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical side of the sales cycle, including discovery, demos, technical presentations and proof‑of‑value engagements.
• Map customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines and toolchains, then show how CloudBees Unify can layer governance and evidence across them.
• Translate technical requirements into solutions that address audit readiness, secure AI‑generated code adoption and other business challenges.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, support RFPs and security questionnaires, and act as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, Product and Engineering.
• Stay current on DevOps, AI‑assisted development trends, competitive landscape and CloudBees product updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering or similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, able to work with customers across the region in both languages.
• Strong command of DevOps concepts, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
• Comfort with the pace and ambiguity of a fast‑moving company.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
