Sourcing, Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing, Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee the end‑to‑end process from supplier sourcing and purchase order creation to final delivery. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves close collaboration with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international air, sea, and land shipments.
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, HS Codes, and SDS.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and suppliers.
• Request, compare, and negotiate freight quotations.
• Track shipments and keep customers and internal teams updated.
• Support supplier sourcing, price comparison, and procurement activities.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international shipping with UAE experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of import/export and customs procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with dangerous goods handling (IATA/IMDG) is an advantage.
