Sous Chef – Pizza

About the role

Join Kitopi’s fast‑growing cloud kitchen network as a Sous Chef specializing in pizza. You will support the Head Chef, lead the pizza team, and ensure high‑quality pizza production in a dynamic, tech‑enabled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Lead and train the pizza team to ensure consistency and quality.
• Prepare, shape, and cook high‑quality pizzas using proper techniques.
• Oversee dough preparation, fermentation, and ingredient management.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and portion control.
• Assist with menu updates and new pizza recipe development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pizza making (Neapolitan, Roman, or artisanal styles).
• Previous experience as a Senior Pizza Chef or Sous Chef.
• Strong understanding of dough science, fermentation, and baking.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid leadership and communication skills.
