Spa Assistant / Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Spa Assistant/Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our spa facilities, supporting daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms and public spaces.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after guest appointments and replenish amenities, towels, linens and supplies.
• Ensure spa equipment and facilities are clean, organized and functioning properly.
• Assist therapists and team members with operational requirements and manage laundry collection, sorting and inventory.
• Monitor stock levels, report supply needs and adhere to health, safety and hygiene procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping, spa, hospitality or hotel operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and good communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting, carrying and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
