About the role
Join the Sofitel Dubai The Palm team as a Spa Attendant, providing personalized service to guests in a luxurious 5‑star beachfront resort. The resort features 360 contemporary rooms, serviced apartments, ultra‑luxury villas, a spa with L’Occitane, a fitness centre, a kids club, and multiple dining venues.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with spa information, provide personal attention, anticipate needs, and escort them to appropriate facilities.
- Keep spa areas clean, neat, stocked, and organized at all times.
- Greet guests warmly, escort them as required, and give tours of the spa.
- Host in locker rooms and relaxation areas, ensuring guests receive treatments, water, and amenities.
- Prepare treatment rooms according to guidelines and SOPs.
- Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
- Consistently engage with guests throughout their visit.
Required profile
- Customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Housekeeping experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
