Spa Attendant

About the role

As a Spa Attendant at Banyan Tree Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for spa guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to departure. You will manage appointments, handle payments, and support the spa team in daily operations within a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, providing personalized service and information about spa treatments, facilities and resort offerings.
• Manage spa reservations, cancellations and changes, coordinate with therapists to optimise treatment schedules.
• Handle guest enquiries via phone, in‑person and digital channels, offering recommendations based on preferences.
• Process payments accurately, maintain billing records and support daily administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organised reception area and ensure promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front office and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa reception, front desk or guest‑relations role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems and payment processing.
