Spa Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Spa Attendant welcomes guests to the Fairmont Dubai spa, delivering warm, anticipative service and providing accurate information on treatments and retail products.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and members, ensuring a seamless spa experience.
• Maintain accurate reservation details, handle cash and credit transactions, and manage inventory of supplies and retail items.
• Control access to spa areas, enforce health and safety regulations, and report any suspicious activity.
• Provide spa tours, support the Spa Manager, and adhere to Fairmont’s Code of Ethics.

Required profile

• Outstanding guest service skills with a professional presentation.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum one year of experience in the spa or hospitality industry.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic accounting.

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fidelio PMS system.
• SpaSoft.
• Micros.
