Spa Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Spa team at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa and help create a clean, relaxing, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will maintain the spa facilities to the highest standards while delivering warm, attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize spa facilities, equipment, and furniture daily.
• Manage spa linen, laundry, and related inventory.
• Support opening and closing set‑up of the spa according to resort standards.
• Provide warm and attentive service, ensuring guests are comfortable throughout their spa experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across all spa areas.
• Report any maintenance concerns, incidents, or safety issues promptly.
• Follow hotel standards and procedures relating to health, hygiene, fire and life safety.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, housekeeping, or similar hospitality environment is an advantage.
• A warm, caring, and guest‑focused attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support guests in a timely and caring manner.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
