This role ensures exceptional guest experiences throughout the spa journey, representing the brand from welcome to farewell. The Spa Coach delivers flawless service, delighting guests with a full range of spa treatments at the highest standards. You will lead the spa team to consistently exceed guest expectations and uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve financial, non‑financial and initiative business goals.
• Complete projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Realize cost efficiencies and analyze operations to allocate resources effectively.
• Maintain seamless communication across all business unit levels.
• Provide constructive on‑ and off‑the‑job feedback.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure appropriate service recovery.
• Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, beauty therapy or related field; high school diploma minimum.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional language is an asset.
