Join the Waldorf Astoria team in Ras Al Khaimah as a Spa & Leisure Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking spa and recreational experiences. Your warm personality and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and members, answer inquiries, and provide information on spa services, leisure facilities, and hotel amenities.
• Manage appointment bookings, schedule spa treatments, and coordinate tennis court, group‑exercise, and special‑event reservations.
• Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs, handle cash and credit‑card transactions, and reconcile registers at shift start and end.
• Respond promptly to phone calls and emails, addressing guest requests and complaints with effective solutions.
• Promote retail products, upsell services, and maintain accurate guest records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
