About the role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead the Anantara Spa at our Downtown Dubai property. The role combines operational oversight with strategic growth, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain spa operations to agreed standards and ensure consistent guest experience.
• Achieve maximum profitability through effective budgeting, P&L analysis and cost control.
• Develop and nurture relationships with business partners, guests and internal teams.
• Oversee staff development, performance management and training to maximize team potential.
• Generate self‑driven demand and implement national and local promotions to increase revenue.
• Ensure availability of all materials and supplies required for seamless operation.
• Produce accurate and timely operational and financial reports.
• Collect and analyse guest feedback to continuously improve service quality.
• Regularly review and update the spa operations manual and conduct communication sessions with relevant personnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a luxury spa or wellness centre.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent understanding of hospitality standards and guest service.
• Ability to analyse financial data and implement profit‑enhancing strategies.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building abilities.
