Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the daily operations of the Four Seasons Resort Dubai’s spa, fitness centre and retail areas, delivering the brand’s signature luxury experience to guests. Reporting to the Senior Director of Spa, the role combines guest‑service excellence with business and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all spa activities, from treatment scheduling to fitness and retail operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of approximately 30 staff members, including therapists, receptionists, fitness instructors and retail personnel.
• Maintain Four Seasons’ luxury standards in every guest interaction and promptly address feedback to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and manage the spa budget, analyse financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and membership targets.
• Organise continuous training programmes on new treatments, wellness trends and service standards.
• Control inventory of exclusive treatment products, optimise stock levels and maximise retail sales.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to align spa offerings with overall brand standards.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in spa management or a comparable luxury hospitality role, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven background in a Forbes‑rated 5‑star spa or luxury resort, understanding high‑end guest expectations.
• Strong team‑leadership abilities, including coaching, conflict resolution and fostering a results‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated capability to manage budgets, analyse financial reports and drive business growth while preserving luxury service standards.
• In‑depth knowledge of a wide range of spa treatments, wellness services and premium products.
