Spa Reception Host – Russian Speaker

About the role

As a Spa Reception Host you will be the first point of contact for spa guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will manage appointments, answer enquiries and ensure each spa journey is seamless and memorable, all while representing the Hyatt brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with empathy, warmth and professionalism.
• Manage spa reservations, guest preferences and enquiries.
• Provide clear information about treatments, services and facilities.
• Coordinate closely with therapists and other hotel teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain an organized, calm and inviting reception area.
• Support retail recommendations and handle spa administration tasks.
• Turn every guest interaction into a meaningful experience.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian language proficiency.
• Previous experience in a spa, hotel reception or other guest‑facing role.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Confidence using booking systems and handling guest enquiries.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• A caring, positive and professional attitude.
