About the role
The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the St. Regis Downtown Dubai Spa. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, promote spa services and retail products, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa treatments and retail items to guests.
- Schedule and confirm reservations using the spa reservation system.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related queries and process payments.
- Maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions.
- Assist with physical tasks such as moving lightweight items and ensuring the reception area remains tidy and safe.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 10 lb unassisted (25 lb with assistance).
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
