Spa Receptionist

About the role
The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at Pearl Spa within Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi. You will create a welcoming, calm atmosphere, manage bookings and support the smooth operation of the spa.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and maintain the serene spa environment.
- Handle reservation inquiries, confirm appointments and manage the daily booking system.
- Coordinate therapist schedules to optimise service flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure uniform and grooming standards are met.
- Follow accounting procedures, SOPs and attendance policies accurately.
- Provide guests with information on spa services, packages and policies.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine smile and eye contact.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using reservation or booking software.
- Basic accounting or cash handling knowledge.
