About the role

We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our luxury spa. In this position you will create a positive first impression for guests, guide them through our wellness offerings, and ensure smooth front‑desk operations in a tranquil environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and maintain the spa calendar.
• Answer phone calls and emails, providing detailed information about services, packages, and promotions.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, process payments, and manage cash and credit transactions.
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Collaborate with therapists and management to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving abilities.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
