Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. You will ensure seamless booking experiences, support the fitness reception, and promote the resort’s wellness offerings. This role combines guest service excellence with proactive collaboration across resort departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with spa software bookings to maximize satisfaction.
• Cover the fitness reception area and ensure all necessary collaterals are available.
• Provide proactive communication and support to other resort departments and Four Seasons properties.
• Promote spa products, treatments, membership offers, and current promotions.
