Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience from check‑in to check‑out. This role combines front‑desk duties with a strong focus on service standards and safety in a high‑end spa environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls promptly and provide guests with accurate information.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage check‑in, check‑out and payment procedures in line with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area.
• Open and close the spa efficiently, monitor maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met.
• Promote spa services, treatments, retail products and any ongoing promotions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the spa industry is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to luxury service standards and attention to detail.
• Excellent time‑management and multi‑tasking abilities, especially under pressure.
• Hands‑on, ‘can‑do’ attitude with a focus on safety and health regulations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with safe use and maintenance of spa equipment.
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations in spa operations.
