Spa Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our luxury spa. You will create a positive first impression, manage bookings, and support guests on their wellness journey.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Schedule appointments, handle bookings, and manage the spa calendar.
• Answer calls and emails, providing detailed information about services, packages, and promotions.
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain front‑desk cleanliness.
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking systems.
• Competence in general office software.
