Spa Receptionist – Russian Speaker (Female)

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests visiting the Sheraton Spa in Sharjah. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, promoting spa treatments and retail items, and ensuring smooth check‑in and reservation processes. Fluency in Russian, a professional appearance, and strong communication skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule, confirm, and modify reservations using the spa’s reservation system.
• Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions, and process cash or card payments.
• Handle guest inquiries by phone or email and provide accurate information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Perform physical duties such as standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 10 lb (25 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English.
• No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods and meet the described physical demands.
• Professional appearance and courteous communication style.
