Spa Receptionist – Russian Speaker

About the role

The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the Sheraton Spa in Sharjah. Fluent Russian language skills are required to assist Russian‑speaking guests and ensure a memorable, seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and check‑in spa guests, confirming appointments and providing information about services.
• Promote spa treatments and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Manage the reservation system, schedule appointments, and handle changes or cancellations.
• Process payments accurately and issue receipts while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming reception area in line with brand standards.
• Collaborate with spa therapists and other team members to coordinate guest flow.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Russian and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 10 lb unassisted and 25 lb with assistance.
