Spa Therapist – Downtown Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a professional Spa Therapist to deliver high‑quality massage and body treatment services to guests at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The role involves creating a relaxing environment, assessing guest needs, and ensuring safety and comfort throughout each session.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a range of massage services using appropriate props and products, and perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest health conditions and contraindications, escort guests to and from treatment rooms, and maintain a clean, sterilized workstation.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products, monitor treatment schedules, and handle inappropriate guest behavior according to Marriott policies.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions, adhere to company policies, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• At least one year of relevant spa or massage experience.
• Valid state or regional massage license as required by local regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in various massage techniques.
• Experience with body treatments including scrubs, wraps and hydrotherapy.
• Ability to clean, maintain and sterilize spa tools and equipment.
