Spa Therapist (Female) – Full-Time

About the role

Our Spa Specialists play an important role in supporting vital spa functions at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. They deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy a memorable and unique spa experience. The role requires a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and check‑in guests.
• Provide information about spa treatments and answer guest inquiries.
• Process payments and handle transactions as part of the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the spa area.
• Assist with inventory management of spa supplies and products.
• Operate reservation software and ensure accurate booking records.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds with assistance while maintaining a safe work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds with assistance, and to perform physical tasks on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
