About the role

Our Spa Specialists are essential to delivering a memorable and unique spa experience for hotel guests. Working at the Sheraton in Sharjah, you will promote spa services, handle reservations, and ensure every guest interaction feels seamless and luxurious. The role combines customer service with hands‑on operational duties in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa treatments and retail products, encouraging guests to explore the full range of services.
• Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and manage the reservation software with accuracy.
• Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions, and process payments as part of the overall experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area, moving, lifting and carrying objects up to 10 lb unaided (25 lb with assistance) and navigating uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Collaborate with other spa team members to uphold quality standards and ensure a consistent guest experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior spa or related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• No specific license or certification is required.
