About the role

Our Spa Specialists at The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai create memorable, unique spa experiences for guests. The role involves promoting spa services and retail, handling reservations, checking in guests, and processing payments, all while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

Promote spa services and retail products to guests, highlighting benefits and encouraging bookings.
Schedule, confirm, and manage spa reservations using the reservation software, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions, and process payments while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming spa environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior spa experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification required.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb with assistance.
