Spa Therapist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Spa Therapist will deliver professional massage, body and aesthetic treatments to guests and members at Fairmont Dubai’s spa, ensuring safety, efficiency and an unforgettable luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all certified massage, body and aesthetic services with personalized attention.
• Maintain clean, sanitary treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is in safe working order.
• Review guests' medical history and waivers before each treatment.
• Provide accurate information about spa treatments, facilities and products.
• Assist guests with sauna, steam, whirlpool and other spa amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Support colleagues in daily operations and participate in training new staff.

Required profile

• Ambassador of Fairmont Dubai, delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of all spa treatments, facilities and product ranges.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to review and act on guest medical information responsibly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for guest relations and teamwork.
• Willingness to follow occupational health and safety regulations.
