Spa Therapist – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Spa Therapist at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, you will provide a wide range of high‑quality spa treatments to guests in a luxurious waterfront setting. Your focus will be on ensuring relaxation, satisfaction and overall well‑being while representing the resort’s premium service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional massages, body treatments and facials, maintaining guest comfort throughout each session.
• Provide friendly, service‑oriented information about spa services and other hotel facilities.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment meets safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with receptionists and other spa team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Adhere to departmental, safety and hygiene policies and procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist preferred.
• All professional licences current and valid.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
