Spa Therapist – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join Raffles The Palm Dubai, delivering premium spa and aesthetic treatments to our guests and members. Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will ensure a safe, hygienic, and personalized wellness experience in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a full range of spa treatments including facials, massages, body scrubs, wraps, manicures, pedicures and waxing using professional techniques.
• Maintain treatment rooms, prepare kits, manage inventory of skincare and waxing supplies, and ensure a clean, orderly work environment.
• Assist the beauty salon with reception duties, retail sales of skincare and haircare products, and promote spa services to guests.
• Document treatments, handle billing, adhere to health‑and‑safety procedures, and report equipment issues to the Spa Director.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited school of aesthetics with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an aesthetician.
• Valid DHA license and basic First Aid/CPR certification.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction, safety, and professional service standards.

Required skills

• Facial and skincare treatment techniques.
• Waxing, manicure and pedicure procedures.
• Massage, body scrub and wrap therapies.
• Inventory management and treatment kit preparation.
