Spa Therapist – Luxury Wellness Resort

About the role

As a Spa Therapist at Banyan Tree Dubai, you will deliver exceptional wellness experiences through personalized spa treatments, ensuring each guest enjoys a calming, rejuvenating journey. You will act as a brand ambassador, providing professional, attentive care in a tranquil environment that reflects the resort’s commitment to wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations with guests to understand preferences, wellness goals and any health considerations.
• Deliver a variety of high‑quality spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, aromatherapy, hot stone therapy and reflexology.
• Maintain a calm and peaceful treatment environment through appropriate lighting, temperature, music and overall ambience.
• Recommend appropriate spa products and services to support revenue objectives.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized and comply with hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Spa, Wellness and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Professional certification or qualification in spa therapy, massage, beauty or wellness treatments.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments and spa therapies.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Understanding of hygiene, safety and guest‑care standards.
