Space Management Business Intelligence Analyst – UAE

About the role

Amazon is building a regional Space Management team to standardise and optimise space utilisation across its fulfilment centres in the MEATR region. The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Space Management Lead by collecting, analysing and documenting data to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse space‑related data to inform decision‑making for the Space Management Lead.
• Document space‑management practices, SOPs and Wiki content for regional consistency.
• Execute configuration changes to standardise space‑management settings across all sites.
• Lead and support continuous‑improvement projects focused on standardisation, stow and consolidation strategies.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, metric reviews, inbound briefings and end‑of‑shift syncs to monitor performance and address escalations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Background in a fast‑paced, automated logistics, production or manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts and best practices.
