Special Projects Manager

About the role

The Special Projects Manager will lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact projects for Atlantis Resorts in Dubai. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants, designers, contractors and specialist suppliers to define project scopes and objectives.
• Act as the client representative, coordinating internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution.
• Monitor progress, prepare weekly status reports and update senior management on cost, schedule and risk.
• Secure all required government approvals, design and construction NOCs, and building permits.
• Conduct quality checks and take corrective actions to minimise delays.
• Review recommendation reports, obtain approvals and manage contract finalisation with legal/commercial teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in hospitality or large‑scale construction.
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team‑player with a problem‑solving mindset.
