Specialist Communications Strategy and Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Specialist in Communications Strategy and Planning to join ADNOC Logistics & Services in Abu Dhabi. The role will support the development and execution of the company’s communication strategy, ensuring alignment with ADNOC Group priorities and delivering impactful messages to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement ADNOC L&S communication strategy and plans, covering content, channel, and implementation aspects.
• Support the communication team in internal stakeholder outreach, content mining, campaign planning, deployment and analysis.
• Monitor and report on the execution of the communication strategy, delivering monthly and quarterly reports in collaboration with external partners.
• Coordinate with communications teams and business functions to ensure consistent messaging, timing and positioning.
• Consolidate communication requirements from various functions, prioritize based on business impact, and track the communications plan.
• Assess communication effectiveness through regular reviews and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Assist in managing the annual communications budget, ensuring distribution aligns with strategic priorities.
• Provide advice on communication issues and corporate narrative development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies in a large, multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to produce clear, concise reports and presentations.
• Experience working with external agencies or partners.
