Specialist Consultant – Pediatrician (American Board Certified)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant Pediatrician with American Board certification to join our healthcare team in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves delivering comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children and adolescents in a modern clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions.
• Provide routine and preventive care, including developmental assessments and vaccinations.
• Manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses and develop treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to patient‑safety and clinical‑governance standards.

Required profile

• Medical degree from a recognised institution.
• American Board Certification in Pediatrics.
• Relevant clinical experience after board certification.
• Eligibility for UAE medical licensing (DHA/DOH/MOHAP).
• Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills.
