Specialist Consultant Plastic Surgeon (UK CCT) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Specialist / Consultant Plastic Surgeon with UK CCT to provide high-quality surgical care, including reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, in accordance with UAE healthcare standards and approved clinical privileges. The role involves performing surgeries, managing patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients requiring plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Perform surgical procedures within approved scope of practice and clinical privileges.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments and post‑operative follow‑up.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and discuss risks, benefits and alternatives with patients.
• Manage post‑operative care and potential complications.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient‑safety activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB or equivalent).
• UK CCT in Plastic Surgery or an applicable recognized qualification.
• Relevant specialist/consultant‑level experience.
• Eligibility for or holding a valid UAE Specialist / Consultant Plastic Surgery licence.
• Current Good Standing Certificate and required credentialing documents.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and ethical medical practice.
