Specialist Digital Channels and Communities

About the role

The Specialist Digital Channels and Communities will oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimisation of ADNOC Logistics & Services' digital presence. This includes the intranet, website, social media, digital signage, and other online platforms, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise development and upkeep of digital channels and multimedia content such as videos, photographs, infographics, and online banners.
• Lead production of videos, films, and animations, considering target audience, channel requirements, and brand guidelines.
• Provide or source photography services for corporate events and maintain the Company Photo Archive System.
• Research, select, and create visual assets for design deliverables.
• Continuously update intranet and website content, manage links, and ensure timely dissemination of accurate information.
• Manage corporate communication tools and digital screen kiosk advertisements.
• Develop and implement engagement activities to increase traffic on digital media channels.
• Monitor digital channel performance, analyse user behaviour, and recommend improvements.
• Stay informed on emerging digital trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing corporate digital channels and producing multimedia content.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to apply them across various media.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a focus on delivering engaging digital experiences.
