Specialist Endocrinologist Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Specialist Endocrinologist to join a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi. You will work in a modern, multidisciplinary setting, delivering comprehensive endocrine care to a diverse adult patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid, obesity, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence‑based clinical guidelines.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic investigations related to endocrine disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle changes and long‑term management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies and international standards.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, clinical audits and CME activities.

Required profile

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialist qualification in Endocrinology.
• Valid DOH license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑specialisation clinical experience.
• Strong expertise in diabetes management and endocrine disorders.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
