Specialist Endocrinologist

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is looking for an experienced Specialist Endocrinologist to join its multidisciplinary outpatient clinic in Al Karama, Dubai. The role focuses on managing chronic endocrine and metabolic conditions, building long‑term patient relationships, and contributing to a high‑quality, community‑focused practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist endocrinology consultations, diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
• Develop and oversee long‑term treatment plans, interpret laboratory and imaging results, and support diabetes and metabolic disease programmes.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modification, maintain accurate medical records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.

Required profile

• UAE‑licensed Specialist Endocrinologist (DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH).
• Minimum 5 years post‑specialist experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Strong outpatient endocrinology experience with ability to manage chronic conditions independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in interpreting endocrine laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
• Ability to develop chronic disease management plans and educate patients.
