Specialist, HC Data Analytics

About the role

The Specialist, HC Data Analytics will lead workforce planning activities, develop templates and nationalization intake plans, and ensure alignment with Emiratization targets across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor annual and long‑term workforce planning needs and develop realistic workforce plans.
• Supervise the creation of annual National intake and 10‑year plans, ensuring alignment with Emiratization targets.
• Provide accurate workforce information to support corporate planning and decision‑making.
• Validate recruitment requisitions and ensure they align with workforce plans and vacancy availability.
• Collaborate with Talent Development to integrate entry‑point employees into the workforce business plan.
• Support business units with workforce data for their planning inputs.
• Develop and supervise the annual workforce budget input.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in workforce planning/HR management, preferably in oil/gas, with at least 4 years in supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
