Specialist Obstetrics & Gynecologist (Arabic Speaker) – Dubai

About the role

A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is looking for a culturally attuned, clinically experienced Specialist OBGYN. The role covers prenatal, natal and postnatal care, with a strong emphasis on patient communication, surgical expertise and evidence-based practice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations and manage routine and high-risk pregnancies
• Perform gynecological procedures including cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies, D&C, colposcopy and fertility-related interventions
• Provide antenatal and postnatal care focused on maternal and fetal well-being
• Collaborate with midwives, neonatologists and anesthesiologists for integrated care
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with clinical protocols
• Take part in departmental audits, CME activities and quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate clearly with Arabic-speaking patients and families

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic, spoken and written
• Specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g. Arab Board, MRCOG or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a hospital or women's health clinic
• Culturally sensitive communication skills

Required skills

• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills in obstetrics and gynecology
• High-risk pregnancy management
