About the role
The Specialist, Operating Integrity will lead HSE risk management and process safety initiatives to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across ADNOC’s oil and gas facilities in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and implement HSE risk management strategies.
- Develop and execute process safety management protocols.
- Monitor contractor HSE performance and recommend improvements.
- Conduct fatigue risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
- Participate in crisis management and emergency response planning.
- Oversee permit‑to‑work processes to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform job safety analyses and hazard identification.
- Analyse safety data, prepare reports, and advise on technical safety matters.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve safety and operational objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical or related).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE and operating integrity within the oil and gas industry.
