Specialist Plastic Surgeon – UAE (Full‑time)

About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery services. The organisation seeks a highly skilled Specialist Plastic Surgeon to join a multidisciplinary clinical team, offering strong clinical exposure and a modern, quality‑driven environment serving a diverse international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients requiring aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, trauma, breast or soft‑tissue procedures.
• Perform surgical and non‑surgical plastic surgery interventions with safe patient selection and realistic counselling.
• Manage peri‑operative planning, consent, complications, wound care and follow‑up outcomes.
• Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, orthopaedics, ENT, maxillofacial surgery and rehabilitation teams when required.
• Maintain high standards in medical photography, documentation, patient confidentiality and surgical governance.
• Support service growth through ethical practice, patient education and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Internationally trained specialist plastic surgeon holding a recognised qualification (e.g., American Board of Plastic Surgery, UK CCT/FRCS, European Board, Royal College Canada, Australian FRACS, Arab Board, MCh/DNB/FCPS or equivalent).
• Eligibility for UAE medical licensing and facility credentialing.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
