Specialist – Private Banking Services

About the role

Emirates NBD is a market leader across the MENAT region, serving over 9 million customers with a full suite of banking products. The bank is a key participant in digital banking, with the majority of transactions performed online. As a Specialist in Private Banking Services you will support Relationship Managers and their high‑net‑worth clients, handling all requests related to basic banking products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Support 1‑2 Relationship Managers in day‑to‑day client relationship management.
• Execute basic banking transactions such as transfers, cheque clearing, cash handling, and fixed‑deposit operations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance, Legal and other departments to ensure client instructions are processed accurately.
• Communicate directly with clients on operational matters and provide call‑back confirmations while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare and verify client documentation (e.g., IOSIR, compliance forms, account opening paperwork).
• Place trade orders on the Moxy platform for buying and selling investment instruments and liaise with investment advisors for transaction clarifications.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of basic banking products and associated operational processes.
• Good understanding of compliance, due‑diligence and anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
• Familiarity with business etiquette and banking frameworks in MENA markets.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
